Regulations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask our guests to abide by the following regulations:
-It is compulsory to wear a swimming cap
-It is compulsory to shower before entering the pool to remove makeup, creams, oils or other substances.
-We recommend the use of heavy makeup before plunging into the water.
-For those who wear contact lenses, we recommend the use of protective goggles to avoid eye irritation.
-We recommend staying in the water no longer than 30 minutes per session
-It is important to hydrate properly before and after using the thermal pool.
-It is forbidden to bring in and consume meals and beverages from outside, except for water.
-It is forbidden to walk on the drain grates.
-It is forbidden to pick up thermal mud and take it outside the thermal pools.
-Please follow all signs and directions provided by the staff for your safety and that of other guests.
-In case of need, please immediately contact the qualified staff available on site.
-Guests should change in the locker room, compulsorily placing all clothing and personal belongings inside your bag.
-Access the edge of the pool wearing flip-flops.
-Use restraining costumes for children under the age of 3.
-Make use of the special trash bins for waste of any kind, paying attention to their sorting.
-Go in and out of the pools using the special ladders.
-It is forbidden to leave clothing or other personal belongings inside the common areas.
-It is forbidden to enter the thermal path area, including the indoor thermal pool, without having purchased the appropriate package. The area is reserved exclusively for those who take the full spa path
-The management reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these regulations, in order to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
-It is forbidden to bring animals into the pool, consume food and beverages brought in from outside, running in the space adjacent to the pools, the use of the ball, diving, the use of flippers in the water, moving chairs, pouring shampoo or cleaning products into the pools or shower/bathrooms, and leaving garbage of any kind in the pool, adjacent areas and green areas.
-Towels, bathrobes and safes are not included with the ticket, but you can rent them on site, subject to availability.
-When you arrive, show the QR Code of your ticket (on a smartphone or printed).
It will be scanned at the entrance to validate access. The ticket is valid only on the date and time slot booked.
-To access the outdoor thermal pools, use the dedicated outdoor entrance: N.B. "the indoor one is reserved for spa tours, wellness packages or hotel stays."

What are the hours of access to the thermal pools?
- Monday through Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Do you have to make reservations in advance?
Online reservations are recommended to ensure access, as without a reservation, entry is not guaranteed, as there may be a lack of availability.
What are the characteristics of the thermal waters at Rosapepe Spa?
From the remote Sant'Antonio al Monte hot spring that flows naturally has water rich in minerals that flow naturally from underground, feeding pools and pools surrounded by lush vegetation.
Guests can soak in the beneficial waters, being pampered by the natural warmth of the water, having benefits for the body and skin.
The water has a milky color not because of impurities, but because it is thermal and contains sulfur crystals, natural elements that affect its appearance. The Rosapepe thermal pools have a curative, naturally bactericidal sulfur water that is milky-white in color and different from other waters in that it naturally has mineral salts in it that are called white mineral-active mud. The natural principles present in it help cell regeneration, stimulate microcirculation and already from the first immersion make the skin smoother. Recommended by the Ministry of Health in treatments of respiratory and skin diseases such as dermatitis, acne, psoriasis.
Can I book massages on arrival?
We recommend reserving massages and treatments prior to arrival at the facility, directly at 0828995663 by selecting extension No. 3, so as to have greater availability of operators and times. Once at the facility, availability may be limited.
Is there parking at the thermal pool area?
We have ample free parking at the Thermal Center area.
Is it permissible to bring food and drink into the facility?
Non è possibile introdurre alimenti e bevande all’interno della nostra struttura. Tuttavia, disponiamo di un Lounge bar dove puoi trovare diverse tipologie di bevande, panini e piatti da consumare nell’area predisposta.
Can children have access to the spa?
L’accesso alle Terme durante il periodo da Settembre ad Maggio non è consentito ai minori di 12 anni. È possibile utilizzare esclusivamente la zona piscine, ma solo se accompagnati da un adulto; non è possibile usufruire dei trattamenti. Si informa inoltre che il costo del biglietto è unico e non sono previste riduzioni. Da maggio ad ottobre, i minori di 12 anni possono accedere alle piscine termali esterne, sempre accompagnati da un adulto.
Do you provide the bathrobe and slippers kit?
Yes, if you have purchased a package that includes the service, you will be given a bathrobe and slippers for using the spa directly at the spa. Otherwise, you can rent them at a cost of €12 per person.
Is there a requirement to wear a swimming cap to access the thermal pools?
Yes, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory to enter swimming pools, in accordance with health regulations. This measure is taken to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the water. We recommend that you bring your own cap or, if necessary, purchase one from the center.
What is the difference between Thermal Pool Access and Thermal Path Access ?
The 'access to the Thermal Path allows you to enjoy all the services offered in the indoor area with the exclusion of treatments such as massages, etc., also the outdoor area of the Rosapepe 1907 Spa can be used until 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
The 'access to the outdoor pools allows you to enjoy only and exclusively the outdoor thermal stations and pools and not the indoor area including the indoor thermal pool.

By confirming your reservation for access to the thermal pools, you agree to the following policy:
Non-Refundable Payment:
The ticket is non-refundable. Once purchased, date and time are confirmed and locked in.
Changes:
You may request a change at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Only one change is allowed, with a shift within 30 days of the original date.
No-shows and Delays:
In case of no-show or significant delay, the ticket will be considered lost and no refund or shift can be claimed.
Force Majeure:
In case of exceptional events (e.g., bad weather, government restrictions), Management reserves the right to offer rescheduling.
