To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask our guests to abide by the following regulations:

•È obbligatorio l’uso della cuffia
•È obbligatorio fare la doccia prima di entrare in piscina per rimuovere trucco, creme, oli o altre sostanze.
•Sconsigliamo l’uso di trucco pesante prima di immergersi nell’acqua.
•Per chi indossa lenti a contatto, raccomandiamo l’uso di occhialini protettivi per evitare irritazioni oculari.
•Si consiglia una permanenza in acqua non superiore ai 30 minuti per sessione
•È importante idratarsi adeguatamente prima e dopo l’uso della piscina termale.
•È vietato introdurre e consumare pasti e bevande dall’esterno, ad eccezione dell’acqua.
•È vietato camminare sulle griglie di scolo.
•È vietato raccogliere il fango termale e portarlo al di fuori delle vasche termali.
•Si prega di seguire tutte le segnaletiche e le indicazioni fornite dal personale per la vostra sicurezza e quella degli altri ospiti.
•In caso di necessità, si prega di rivolgersi immediatamente al personale qualificato disponibile in loco.
•I clienti devono cambiarsi negli appositi spogliatoi, riponendo obbligatoriamente tutti gli indumenti e gli effetti personali all’interno della propria borsa.
•Accedere al bordo della vasca calzando ciabatte.
•Servirsi degli appositi cestini per i rifiuti di qualsiasi genere, prestando attenzione alla loro differenziazione.
•Entrare e uscire dalle vasche usando le apposite scalette.
•È vietato lasciare indumenti o altri effetti personali all’interno dei luoghi comuni.
•È vietato accedere alla zona del percorso termale, inclusa la piscina termale coperta, senza aver acquistato l’apposito pacchetto. L’area è riservata esclusivamente a chi effettua il percorso termale completo
•La direzione si riserva il diritto di allontanare chiunque non rispetti il presente regolamento, al fine di assicurare un ambiente sicuro e rispettoso per tutti.
•È vietato introdurre animali in piscina, consumare cibi e bevande introdotte dall’esterno, correre nello spazio adiacente alle vasche, l’uso della palla, fare tuffi, l’uso di pinne in acqua, spostare le sedie, versare nelle piscine o nei vani doccia/bagni shampoo o prodotti detergenti, e lasciare rifiuti di qualsiasi genere in piscina, aree attigue e aree verdi.
•Teli, accappatoi e cassette di sicurezza non sono inclusi nel ticket, ma è possibile noleggiarli in loco, salvo disponibilità.

•All’arrivo, mostra il QR Code del tuo biglietto (su smartphone o stampato).
Verrà scansionato all’ingresso per convalidare l’accesso. Il biglietto è valido solo nella data e fascia oraria prenotate.
•Per accedere alle piscine termali esterne, usa l’ingresso esterno dedicato: N.B. “quello interno è riservato a percorsi termali, pacchetti benessere o soggiorni in hotel.”

What are the hours of access to the thermal pools?

- Monday through Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Do you have to make reservations in advance?

Online reservations are recommended to ensure access, as without a reservation, entry is not guaranteed, as there may be a lack of availability.

What are the characteristics of the thermal waters at Rosapepe Spa?

From the remote Sant'Antonio al Monte hot spring that flows naturally has water rich in minerals that flow naturally from underground, feeding pools and pools surrounded by lush vegetation.

Guests can soak in the beneficial waters, being pampered by the natural warmth of the water, having benefits for the body and skin.
The water has a milky color not because of impurities, but because it is thermal and contains sulfur crystals, natural elements that affect its appearance. The Rosapepe thermal pools have a curative, naturally bactericidal sulfur water that is milky-white in color and different from other waters in that it naturally has mineral salts in it that are called white mineral-active mud. The natural principles present in it help cell regeneration, stimulate microcirculation and already from the first immersion make the skin smoother. Recommended by the Ministry of Health in treatments of respiratory and skin diseases such as dermatitis, acne, psoriasis.

Can I book massages on arrival?

We recommend reserving massages and treatments prior to arrival at the facility, directly at 0828995663 by selecting extension No. 3, so as to have greater availability of operators and times. Once at the facility, availability may be limited.

Is there parking at the thermal pool area?

We have ample free parking at the Thermal Center area.

Is it permissible to bring food and drink into the facility?

Non è possibile introdurre alimenti e bevande all’interno della nostra struttura. Tuttavia, disponiamo di un Lounge bar dove puoi trovare diverse tipologie di bevande, panini e piatti da consumare nell’area predisposta.

Can children have access to the spa?

L’accesso ai minori è consentito esclusivamente nel periodo compreso tra giugno e settembre.
I bambini fino a 10 anni compiuti usufruiscono di una tariffa ridotta di € 10,00. Dagli 11 anni in su è prevista la tariffa intera.
Per motivi di sicurezza e benessere, i minori non possono accedere alle vasche idromassaggio e alle piscine riservate agli adulti.

I minori devono essere sempre accompagnati e sorvegliati da un adulto responsabile.

Do you provide the bathrobe and slippers kit?

Yes, if you have purchased a package that includes the service, you will be given a bathrobe and slippers for using the spa directly at the spa. Otherwise, you can rent them at a cost of €12 per person.

Is there a requirement to wear a swimming cap to access the thermal pools?

Yes, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory to enter swimming pools, in accordance with health regulations. This measure is taken to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the water. We recommend that you bring your own cap or, if necessary, purchase one from the center.

What is the difference between Thermal Pool Access and Thermal Path Access ?

The 'access to the Thermal Path allows you to enjoy all the services offered in the indoor area with the exclusion of treatments such as massages, etc., also the outdoor area of the Rosapepe 1907 Spa can be used until 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
The 'access to the outdoor pools allows you to enjoy only and exclusively the outdoor thermal stations and pools and not the indoor area including the indoor thermal pool.

Cancellations - Refund Policy
By confirming your reservation for access to the thermal pools, you agree to the following policy:

Non-Refundable Payment:
The ticket is non-refundable. Once purchased, date and time are confirmed and locked in.

Changes:
You may request a change at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Only one change is allowed, with a shift within 30 days of the original date.

No-shows and Delays:
In case of no-show or significant delay, the ticket will be considered lost and no refund or shift can be claimed.

Force Majeure:
In case of exceptional events (e.g., bad weather, government restrictions), Management reserves the right to offer rescheduling.
