Qual è la differenza tra l’Accesso al Spa Thermae e l’Accesso alle Piscine Termali?
L ’accesso al Percorso Termale consente di godere di tutti i servizi offerti nella zona interna ad esclusioni di trattamenti come massaggi ecc., inoltre la zona esterna delle Terme Rosapepe 1907 è usufruibile fino alle 18:00 dal Lunedì al Giovedì e fino alle 19:00 del Venerdì, Sabato, Domenica e Festività.
L’ accesso alle piscine esterne consente di fruire solo ed esclusivamente delle postazioni e delle vasche termali esterne.

What are the check in and check out times?

room check-in at the hotel is from 3 p.m. onwards and check-out is for 11 a.m. in half board packages and 1 p.m. in full board packages. It will be possible to access the spa facility as early as the morning while waiting for check-in.

How is the structure composed?

Our facility is in a seven-hectare park. At the 'entrance to the park is the hotel and about three hundred meters away, also in the private park, is the spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. At the spa area you will be able to use the changing rooms and safes.

Is it possible to bring a four-legged friend?

Yes, it is possible to bring a four-legged friend inside the room. However, there is an additional charge of 15 € per night. Please note that pets are not allowed in public places, such as the restaurant and spa.

How is the menu of Don Berardino restaurant composed?

The menu offered at the ristornate is fixed, includes 2 first courses, main course, side dish, fruit with drinks and extra desserts. The menu is displayed on the bulletin board upon arrival. It will be possible to vary the dishes by notifying the front desk of the change.

What do you mean extra drinks and sweets?

Our hotel has a list of bottled mineral waters of different organoleptic properties and origin. It will be possible to match each meal with the bottle that best suits the dish. Wines with promotional prices are paired with each menu. At the end of the meal you will have a dessert and ice cream menu and you can choose what you like. How can I purchase a voucher valid for 12 months?

What are the characteristics of the thermal waters at Rosapepe Spa?

From the remote Sant'Antonio al Monte hot spring that flows naturally has water rich in minerals that flow naturally from underground, feeding pools and pools surrounded by lush vegetation.

Guests can soak in the beneficial waters, being pampered by the natural warmth of the water, having benefits for the body and skin.
The water has a milky color not because of impurities, but because it is thermal and contains sulfur crystals, natural elements that affect its appearance. The Rosapepe thermal pools have a curative, naturally bactericidal sulfur water that is milky-white in color and different from other waters in that it naturally has mineral salts in it that are called white mineral-active mud. The natural principles present in it help cell regeneration, stimulate microcirculation and already from the first immersion make the skin smoother. Recommended by the Ministry of Health in treatments of respiratory and skin diseases such as dermatitis, acne, psoriasis.

Is there parking at the thermal pool area?

We have ample free parking at the Thermal Center area.

Is it permissible to bring food and drink into the facility?

It is not possible to introduce food and beverages outside of water inside our facility. However, we do have a Lounge bar where you can find different types of drinks, sandwiches, and dishes to eat in the designated area.

Do you provide the bathrobe and slippers kit?

Yes, if you have purchased a package that includes the service, you will be given a bathrobe and slippers for using the spa directly at the spa. Otherwise, you can rent them at a cost of €12 per person.

Is there a requirement to wear a swimming cap to access the thermal pools?

Yes, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory to enter swimming pools, in accordance with health regulations. This measure is taken to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the water. We recommend that you bring your own cap or, if necessary, purchase one from the center.
